1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Healing Hues PMU LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) located at 15142 W. Bell Rd. Suite #103A Room #105, Surprise, Arizona 85374. By booking or receiving any service, the client (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Booking and Deposits

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all paramedical tattoo and cosmetic tattoo services at the time of booking.

Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost.

Clients may reschedule their appointment outside of the 48-hour window, and the deposit will be rolled over to the new appointment date.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Payment Policy

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and Zelle.

A processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions.

Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to the final total.

Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Only one discount or promotion may be applied per service.

4. Client Eligibility and Consent

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services.

Clients aged 16–17 may receive services only with parental consent.

All clients must complete and sign waiver and medical history forms truthfully and accurately prior to treatment.

Healing Hues PMU LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to medical contraindications or incomplete consent forms.

5. Results and Aftercare

Individual results vary based on skin type, health conditions, aftercare compliance, and other factors.

No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

Clients are required to follow all aftercare instructions provided to ensure optimal healing and results.

Healing Hues PMU LLC is not responsible for poor results, infection, pigment fading, or scarring due to failure to follow aftercare instructions or unreported medical conditions. Results may vary from person to person and does not have to do with our work.

6. Liability and Release

By booking and receiving services, the Client acknowledges that all procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, scarring, and pigment irregularities.

Healing Hues PMU LLC, its owner, and any affiliated staff shall not be held liable for adverse reactions, outcomes, or complications arising from the service.

Clients agree to release and hold harmless Healing Hues PMU LLC from any and all liability related to the services provided.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours notice without penalty, and their deposit will be rolled over to the new appointment date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours os the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service price. If the client reschedules within thirty (30) days of the cancelled appointment, the fifty percent (50%) charge will be applied toward the rescheduled service, and the remaining balance will be due at the completion of the rescheduled appointment.

8. Photography and Media Consent

Before-and-after photos or videos may be taken for documentation and educational purposes.

Clients may consent to allow their photos/videos to be used for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes by signing the photo release portion of the waiver form.

Clients who participate in model calls must agree to full media usage rights for marketing and educational purposes as well as a full documentation of clients healing process.

Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice (no call/no show) will be charged one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled service price. No call/no show appointments forfeit any deposits and may result in refusal of future bookings.

9. Amendments

Healing Hues PMU LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
